Think of unlimited drinks and good vibes. Well the ArtCaffe Launch was that and much more. The launch took place on the 28thof March 2019 at the newly refurbished space at Capital Centre along Mombasa Road. The event kicked off at 6:30pm and proceeded on to the late hours of the night.
It all started with guests being ushered in with a glass of champagne and the red carpet experience (without an actual red carpet) where the event photographer took their picture by the event backdrop banner. As the guests walked further into the event, Nairobi Booth welcomed them with a chance to simply forget about their day and just enjoy taking fun, goofy pictures at their photo booth with funny props.

Guests had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of drinks including what ArtCaffe is famous for – their amazing cocktails. The treats didn’t stop there. Bitings such as mini burgers, chicken sticks and fish fingers were provided which were then followed by mouthwatering desserts. As guests enjoyed the tasty food, they were illuminated by African house music by the amazing DJ Suraj and beautiful jazz sounds by Jacob the Pianist. The additional presence of the live band gave the event a different vibe and experience. It was soothing, especially for those who had a long day at work.

Noticeable enough, the ambiance was captivating with its blend of red and purple. The new space itself is eloquent in design and functionality. Invitees had a great time in the bright, open-spaced balcony, where its most stunning feature was the bar with its contemporary design. The main room, indoors was also a sight to marvel at with its convivial ambience and the open kitchen which gave it a homely vibe. The inside space also included an up-stair lounge which was quickly occupied by the time we got there. With wood-paneled walls and high ceilings , amazing interior and décor, it is certainly the perfect inspiration for designers who wish to employ a thoughtful and human approach to their tailor-made service and meticulous attention to detail.

The party was an opportunity to interact and network with people from different walks of life. This eventful evening gathered people from different industries, who share different interests but had one thing in common on this night; the desire to have a good time. The likes of Singer/Producer Antoneosoul, Youtubers Wanjiru Njiiru, Yasmin and Wabosha, TV presenter Mike Makori and Rugby Palyer Biko Adema graced the event.

At the heart of it all, was the ArtCaffé team from the waiters & waitresses and bartenders to the event team who ensured all the guests were touched by their team spirit and professionalism.
ArtCaffe Capital Centre is definitely our new chilled spot even if it means sitting in traffic to get there. Sorry ArtCaffe Oval.
